Coaching vs. Therapy for Out-of-State Clients

Coaching is available nationwide and focuses on personal growth, goal-setting, and behavioral strategies without clinical diagnosis or treatment.

Therapy is provided only in states where I am licensed. If you are seeking therapy in a state where I am not yet licensed, we can discuss:

  • Interim coaching services while licensure is in process.
  • A plan for transitioning into therapy once legal approval is obtained.
