Most people don’t reach out for therapy or coaching because everything is falling apart.

They reach out because something’s missing—something they can’t quite name.

Maybe it’s connection. Maybe it’s the feeling of being truly seen, understood, and validated—not just brushed off with advice or positivity.

Or maybe it’s that quiet hope they’ve held onto, even through the hard stuff, that something could actually change.

I believe people reach out not because they’re broken, but because they’ve been strong for too long.
They’ve worn the mask, played the part, and held it all together.
But it’s exhausting. The self-doubt, the anxiety, the sense of being unseen—it wears people down.

The truth is desire for change isn't weakness.

It’s strength. It’s hope. It’s the beginning of giving yourself permission to want more—more clarity, more connection, more peace.

This work isn’t easy. But the hard things are often the ones that change us the most.

What Working With Me Is Like

I help people uncover new perspectives — ones they might not have considered on their own — and relate them to everyday experiences in a way that actually makes sense. My goal isn’t to just hand you insight, but to walk with you through it, so you can break free from old patterns and finally become a more genuine, grounded version of yourself.

This isn’t traditional therapy.

I’m not here to nod and ask, “how does that make you feel?” – although I may ask.
I’m here to really see you — and to help you see yourself more clearly than you ever have before.

I do this work because I truly love it. I care about people, seriously. I don’t believe everyone who’s in this profession sees the inherent strength and worth in their clients — but I do. I often get a strong sense of what someone really needs, even early on in the work. That’s not magic — it’s intuition, empathy, and years of experience helping people find their way back to themselves.

When you work with me, you’re not getting a “clinical mask” — you’re getting someone who shows up authentically, listens deeply, and isn’t afraid to share something real when it helps build connection or normalize your struggle. That’s part of the relationship building. That’s part of the work.

I’m not the therapist or coach for everyone, and that’s okay. But I am the only me! And you are the only You! And that
matters.

If we’re a fit, we’ll go deep — and we’ll get somewhere valuable!

Therapy? Coaching? Honestly, it’s both.

Whether you’re working on goals, processing emotional pain, or pushing past blocks that keep you stuck, the work is the work

The labels don’t matter as much to me as your willingness to show up and dig in. Whether it’s licensed therapy in your state or coaching across state lines, we’ll figure out what works best for you — and we’ll get to work.

What Sessions Feel Like & What I’m Focused On

I like my sessions to be grounded, conversational, and honest.
I listen for what you say — and what you don’t.

When I’m with a client, I’m not just hearing the story — I’m looking for the barriers behind the story. The protective strategies. The unconscious beliefs. The moments where someone is unknowingly validating their own self-judgments. I notice when defenses show up, because behind every defense is something worth discussing. And when we can get close to what that is — the judgment, the shame, the fear — that’s where things start to shift.

People who work best with me are ready to go deep.

Who I Work With

People who work best with me are ready to go deep. You may already have some self-awareness, but something is still stuck. A pattern, a judgment, a story about yourself you haven’t been able to shake. You’ve come to a crossroads and know you want to grow — but don’t yet have the tools, the perspective, or the support to move forward.

That’s where I come in.

I’ve worked with people from all walks of life. Emotional barriers don’t discriminate. What matters isn’t your background, your diagnosis, or your circumstances — it’s your willingness to dig in, get vulnerable, and try something different.

Common Struggles I See

  • “I’m just not the kind of person who can…”

  • “I can’t handle that.”

  • “I’m not good at relationships.”

  • “No one really sees me.”

  • “If people knew the real me, they’d leave.”

These aren’t just passing thoughts. They’re the quiet beliefs that shape how people live, love, and limit themselves—often without even realizing it.

If any of that feels familiar, you’re not broken and you are certainly in the right place. You are standing at the edge and you’re ready for change.

This Isn’t a Quick Fix — and That’s the Point

Growth takes as long as it takes.

For some people, change begins in a single breakthrough session. For others, the work unfolds slowly over time. I’ve worked with clients for weeks, months, and even years — and I’ve seen profound transformations that don’t always happen on a schedule.

One of my longest-standing clients has worked with me for nearly a decade. She lives with Dissociative Identity Disorder, and over time, she’s gone from daily dissociations and self-judgments to having clarity, structure, and emotional control. Her journey has been slow, steady, and deeply meaningful — because she never gave up on herself or the process.

Who I’m Not for

If you’re not ready to be honest with yourself — or you’re unwilling to explore new ways of thinking — we’re probably not a good fit. And that’s okay. I’m not the right therapist or coach for everyone, and I don’t want to be a barrier in anyone’s growth.

But if you’re open, if you’re willing to set down the mask and face some truths (even the uncomfortable ones), I’ll be right there with you.

What I Respect in the People I Work With

I deeply respect people who show up motivated, curious, and willing to be vulnerable.
People who come to session prepared to explore, who bring in real questions or patterns they’ve noticed, who are willing to experiment with new strategies — these are the clients who make incredible progress.

You don’t have to be “good at” therapy. You just have to show up willing.

Credentials & Experience

I’ve been doing this work professionally since 2015 and became fully licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in 2017.

I hold both a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, earned through the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV).
My academic training laid the groundwork, but it’s the countless real conversations with real people that have shaped me most.

Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals facing everything from high-functioning anxiety to deep-rooted emotional trauma. I’ve provided care in outpatient clinics, supported those navigating profound struggles, and built a private practice model designed for those ready to move beyond survival into real growth.

I also hold extensive training in suicide prevention, though my passion has always centered around helping people reconnect to themselves—to their worth, their emotions, and their inner clarity.

Today, I focus on providing concierge therapy and coaching services for adults who are ready to break old patterns, challenge the internal narratives that keep them stuck, and build lives rooted in authenticity and connection.

Degrees and certifications open the door. But transformation happens through relationship—and that’s what we’ll build together.

Ready to Step Into Something More?

You don’t have to keep carrying it alone.
You don’t have to stay stuck in the old patterns that no longer fit who you’re becoming.

If you’re ready to go deeper — to reconnect, to grow, to move forward — I’m ready to walk with you.
